PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS ARE DESIGNED WITH YOU, THE INDIVIDUAL IN MIND.

Private yoga provides the space and time for customized and individual guidance in different aspects of the practice depending on your intention and background.

Private yoga is suitable for anyone and may be of particular interest to you if you are new to yoga or returning after a long break. In addition, you can:

  • Practice when your schedule allows;
  • Move at your own pace;
  • Explore aspects of yoga that might not commonly be taught in a public class such as breathwork or meditation;
  • Get help with the development of a home practice;
  • Address specific health challenges;
  • Work towards a specific intention (e.g., build resilience, manage stress, take care of your body, learn to meditate, make smarter decisions, improve relationships, etc.);
  • Adapt your practice to a change in personal circumstances such as during and after pregnancy.

By drawing on over a decade of personal practice, my continuing interest and study, and almost 2000 hours of teaching experience I intend to support you with sessions that are relevant, safe and practical, and empowering.

Private yoga can be anything from 60 to 90 minutes long, but like just about anything, this can be changed to suit your needs.

Private yoga lessons provide the space and time for customized and individual guidance in the many different aspects of yoga, including asana, bandha, mudra, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and yogic lifestyle.

Private yoga is suitable for anyone, and may be of particular interest to you if you are new to yoga or returning after a long break. In addition, you can:

  • Practice when your schedule allows and in the convenience of your own home;
  • Move at your own pace;
  • Explore aspects of yoga that might not commonly be taught in a public class;
  • Get help with the development of a home practice;
  • Address specific health challenges;
  • Work towards a personal goal;
  • Adapt your practice to a change in personal circumstances such as during and after pregnancy.

Drawing on over a decade of personal practice, and my continuing study and training with some of the most knowledgeable teachers in the country, I combine my knowledge of yoga, ayurveda and tantra to offer you teachings that are relevant, practical and empowering.

Private yoga lessons are usually 60, 75, or 90 minutes long, but like just about anything, this can be changed to suit your needs.
